• The UAbacus app was developed by Dr. L. Penny Rosenblum and the staff at the Office of Instruction and Assessment at The University of Arizona. The app was recently featured in an article on app development at the UA. Hadley School for the Blind offers two courses to learn abacus computation: Abacus 1 and Abacus 2.
